Paper Submission
Prospective authors should submit an abstract, consist of the title, the author(s), and affiliation(s) with 500 words as the maximum words. Acceptance of papers is based on review of the full manuscript. The maximum number of pages allowed per paper is 6 pages. The organizer of ICoVEMAT only receive FULL PAPER submission.

Important Dates
Note:
1st stage: All authors are invited to submit their full-paper work with minimum 1500 words in total.
2nd stage: The in-depth peer review
For in-depth review, two outside reviewers are consulted with blind review method. The chosen reviewers evaluate particular article based on their expertise and research scope. Reviewers are contacted before being sent a paper and are asked to return comments within 2 weeks for most papers.
There are 6 parameters to be set during the blind review, i.e.:
- Suitability with academic and scientific standard;
- Readability;
- Relevance and rationality of topic and interest;
- Appropriateness of research methodology;
- Accuracy of results and conclusions; and
- Reliability of evidence and discussion.
3rd stage: Article Revision
Once the reviewer completed the blind review process, the author will be contacted to revise their manuscript. Each comment from reviewer should be addressed by the authors. The revised article should be submitted before the deadline.
4th stage: Acceptance Notification
Based on these criteria and stages, the article evaluation will be conducted, and 20-30 selected – peer reviewed papers are collected for publication in a proceeding.
5th stage: Presentation
The authors conducting presentation about their research at the provided platform.

The 6th INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE on VOCATIONAL EDUCATION of MECHANICAL and AUTOMOTIVE TECHNOLOGY (ICoVEMAT) 2024 upholds a rigorous plagiarism policy to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record and to support the scientific community in all aspects of research and publishing ethics.
By submitting articles to ICoVEMAT 2024, the author(s) confirm the following:
- All authors have thoroughly reviewed and approved the content of the article prior to submission.
- No part of the manuscript is plagiarized from other sources.
- Proper references are provided for all content extracted from other sources.
- Strong action will be taken if plagiarism is detected.
- All submitted papers undergo an initial screening and are checked for plagiarism using Turnitin.
